Excellent film produced by Step Change in Safety "Remembering Piper - The night that changed our world". It uses audio from the BBC Radio 3 drama "Piper Alpha- The Human Price of Oil" written by Stephen Phelps.
Listening to this reminds us that we always need to consider "What if" when planning any work.
