A detailed overview of the updated RIDDOR regulations for 2013

Information services company Barbour have spent some time reviewing the recent changed to RIDDOR, the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 2013. The update is the result of the HSE attempting to simplify the regulations based on the recommendations detailed in the Lofstedt report.
