APS have revealed details of their Annual Convention 2015, which this year will be held in Edinburgh (home of the APS headquarters).
The Convention is split across two days, being held on October 7th and 8th at The Royal College of Physicians. It also marks the 20th anniversary of APS.
The two days of activity breaks down as follows:
DAY ONE: Wednesday 7th October, commencing at 12:00
- How APS has changed over the past 20 years and looking to the next 20 years
- Keynote Address: “Twenty years of progress in construction health and safety”
- Project Case Study
- “Working together to improve health and safety”
- Project Case Study
- CDM Question Time
Annual Awards Dinner (Dress Code: Black Tie)
DAY TWO: Thursday 8th October, commencing at 09:30
- Keynote Address: “Looking to the future”
- Project Case Study
- “BIM - ‘M’ is for Management”
- Questions for the morning speakers
- “Future growth sectors – Offshore wind”
- “CDM2015: Service and Legal issues (FFI, Sentencing, etc)”
