Important changes to the CCDO Trainee Card!

From January 2016, the CCDO Trainee Card is no longer available. The replacement CCDO card is called the CCDO Labourer Card.

The CCDO Labourer Card is a 5 year renewable card, aimed at operatives who have little or no experience on site, or those involved in a labouring role.

To obtain the CCDO Labourer Card, operatives will need to do the following:

• Take an Operative Health & Safety CSCS Touch Screen Test
• Attend an approved Asbestos Awareness Course. Acceptable certificates include NDTG, UKATA, ARCA (online courses are not accepted).
• Attend a one day Demolition Awareness Level 1 NVQ Course

Please note: Those involved in demolition strip out work will need to take the “Demolition, Reclamation, Refurbishment, Operative” Red Card.

BE AMONGST THE FIRST TO QUALIFY!

Courses will be available from 10th February. The cost will be £120 plus VAT for members and £165 plus VAT for non-members.
