Stress can affect anyone of us, even a top class cricketer

English cricketer Jonathan Trott has been a member of England's senior cricket team since 2009. He scored a century of his Test debut, has a Test high score of 226, and lists 48 Test matches and 68 One Day Internationals to his name. And yet, even with all that experience, it seems stress has got the better of the man. This week he has returned home from the Ashes tour in Australia citing illness related to stress.

Could you recognise the signs of stress in yourself or your workers? If not why not book a C&D stress awareness course to understand more about the illness and how to carry out stress risk assessments as they will soon become compulsory in the workplace.
