In today's business world most of us use Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn in some shape or form. Some of us dabble with it, some are quite good and then some are experts, so which are you?

Here at C&D we dabble in Facebook (John Woodward) use Twitter extensively (@johnwoodward) and have a Linkedin presence (John Woodward), but we do not use LinkedIn or Twitter as well as we would like to.
