Have you considered "Super Toolbox Talks" delivered by a third party?

Here at C&D we are sure that you understand the need to give toolbox talks to your workforce on a regular basis, which is why we developed the set of video toolbox talks several months ago to give a variation in the way that toolbox talks are delivered.

When training, PTTLS qualified trainers (and all C&D trainers are) use a variety of forms of training such as photographs, PowerPoint, video and group work to deliver that training and changes in delivery style are beneficial to the trainee.

It has been proven from analysis of training provided that a variation in toolbox delivery is a distinct benefit and as such we have launched our "Super Toolbox Talks" which involve one of our trainers visiting customer sites once a month to deliver an extended version of a toolbox talk on a relevant topic, which could be Work at Height, Asbestos, Plant, Manual Handling or any other subject.

The talks take around 20 minutes to deliver and we can deliver them to as many sites as required on the particular day, dependant on travel times between those sites. Feedback from our clients, and just as importantly their clients, show that the talks are very well received and are seen as another level of training above the in house toolbox talks.
