Training Facts, Figures and Feedback

We have just passed the 10 month period of the C&D training calendar, which means we are just over three quarters of the way through our training year. This is an ideal opportunity to have a look at the figures and see just how well we are doing.

Since November last year we have run a total of 341 courses, which gives us a projection for the whole year of 410. On average this equates to one and a quarter courses for everyday of the year. The majority of courses were Asbestos and Demolition Awareness but the Category B Asbestos and others such as Hot Works, Work at Height, and Harness Safety were also very popular.

The number of participants on these courses amounted to 3,503, which means our projected total for the full year is 4,203. The average attendance per course 10.2 which has been a constant figure over the period.

Geographically we have literally run courses the length of the country, from the south coast to the Scottish Borders and of course everywhere in between. Our core venues in Liverpool, Birmingham, and London remain popular but we have also diversified by using other venues such as pubs, sports clubs, and even village halls.

Analysis of our course feedback has also been very positive, with responses across all areas of questions showing an 80% rating of excellent and 100% of between Good and Excellent.

All this goes to prove that our motto of “Training to suit the client, not the trainer” remains very popular with our clients and is crucial to our success.
